menggunakan tepung yang basah lalu tepung kering, kemudian goreng ayam.
2. Uleklah bawang putih, cabe merah yang keriting, cabe rawit, tambahkan
pula garam, penyedap, gula, siram dengan menggunakan minyak panas.
3. Masukkan ayam goreng, kemudian tekan-tekan dengan ulekan hingga
sambal meresap.
