BERITA RAKYAT – Minggu ini masyarakat Indonesia akan melakukan pemilihan umum untuk memilih presiden, anggota DPR dan DPD. Tepat tanggal 17 April, pemilu akan dilakukan serentak di seluruh tanah air. Sedangkan rakyat Indonesia yang sedang berada di luar negeri sudah melakukan pemilihan suara lebih dahulu di akhir pekan lalu. Resep Koki Medan 

Beberapa kendala terjadi di beberapa wilayah, dari antri yang cukup lama, beberapa warga negara Indonesia yang tidak bisa mencoblos suara mereka, hingga kabar hoax seputar pemilu yang simpang siur dan beredar.

Salah satunya adalah berita Liputan6.com soal hasil sementara pencoblosan di luar negeri dicatut oleh orang tak bertanggung jawab untuk hoaks. Informasi tersebut beredar di aplikasi percakapan, Whatsapp.

Hoaks tersebut dibuat dalam dua versi. Satu berisi hasil sementara pencoblosan yang memenangkan pasangan calon nomor urut 01 Jokowi-Ma’ruf Amin. Lainnya, hasil sementara pencoblosan di luar negeri yang memenangkan pasangan calon nomor urut 02 Prabowo Subianto-Sandiaga Uno.

Hasil perhitungan itu disebutkan berasal dari pencoblosan di Saudi Arabia, Yaman, Belgia, Jerman, Uni Emirat Arab, USA, Ukraina, Papua Nugini, Taiwan, Hong Kong dan Korea Selatan.

Kedua versi menampilkan hasil perhitungan kedua paslon menang di atas 50 persen.

Padahal, berita berjudul KPU: Pemungutan Suara Pemilu di Luar Negeri Berlangsung Aman itu berisi tentang pernyataan Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) tentang pantauan pemungutan suara di luar negeri.

Wakil Pemimpin Redaksi Liputan6.com, Irna Gustiawati menyayangkan penyalahgunaan artikel tersebut untuk hoaks.

“Liputan6.com sebagai media yang selalu menjaga kepercayaan publik akan berkomitmen menulis berita sesuai fakta dan ikut serta melawan hoaks yang makin marak,” kata Irna.

Ketua KPU Arief Budiman meluruskan, pihaknya belum melakukan penghitungan suara atas pencoblosan di luar negeri. Meskipun, pencoblosan di sana, berlangsung lebih awal pada 8-14 April 2019.

“Saya perlu jelaskan pada teman-teman semua, KPU memang punya early voting (pencoblosan lebih dini khusus di luar negeri). Jadi pemilihan dilakukan lebih awal dibandingkan di dalam negeri. Jadwalnya itu 8 -14 April. Meskipun dilakukan pemungutan lebih awal, tapi penghitungan suaranya itu dilakukan pada 17 April,” kata Arief di Hotel Sultan, Jakarta, Rabu (10/4/2019).

Oleh karena itu, dia pun menegaskan, KPU belum merilis hasil perhitungan suara dari pencoblosan di negara manapun.

“Jadi kalau sudah ada yang mengeluarkan rilis-rilis hasil itu, itu bukan hasil yang dikeluarkan oleh KPU. Karena memang, enggak ada. Kecuali memang ada orang-orang yang melakukan survei melakukan metode exit poll dan segala macam itu,” ujar Arief.
