Resep Fuyunghai Kepiting Spesial Ala Kedai Chinese Food Yang Enak

Bahan:

  1. 150 gram daging kepiting kalengan/crab stick disuwir-suwir
  2. 75 gram udang kupas, cincang kasar
  3. 50 gram bawang bombay, potong dadu
  4. 8 butir telur ayam
  5. 3 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
  6. 1 sendok teh merica bubuk
  7. 1 sendok teh garam
  8. minyak goreng secukupnya

Bahan Saus Asam Manis:

  1. 200 ml air
  2. 25 gram bawang bombay, iris melintang
  3. 50 gram wortel, potong dadu
  4. 50 gram kacang polong
  5. 5 sendok makan saus tomat botolan
  6. 2 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
  7. 2 buah cabai merah besar, buang bijinya, iris menyerong
  8. 1 batang bawang perai, iris menyerong
  9. 1 sendok makan gula pasir
  10. 1 sendok teh cuka putih
  11. 1 sendok teh garam
  12. 1 makan tepung kanji, larutkan dengan sedikit air
  13. 1 sendok makan margarin

Cara Membuat Fuyunghai Kepiting:

  1. Kocok lepas telur, kemudian bumbui dengan garam dan merica secukupnya.
  2. Panaskan minyak goreng secukupnya, kemudian tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga harum. Masukkan udang, kemudian tumis hingga berubah warna. Setelah itu masukkan udang tumis dan kepiting/crab stick ke dalam kocokan telur.
  3. Panaskan wajan antilengket dan tuang sedikit minyak goreng. Tuang sebagian adonan telur untuk membuat dadar tebal. Masak dengan api kecil agar tidak cepat hangus. Setelah itu balik dan masak sampai kedua sisi dadar telur matang sempurna. Lakukan hal yang sama dengan sisa adonan telur.
  4. Selanjutnya buat saus asam manis. Lelehkan margarin di wajan, kemudian tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga harum. Masukkan wortel, kacang polong, dan cabai merah. Bumbui dengan saus tomat, cuka putih, garam, dan gula pasir. Aduk sampai rata.
  5. Tuangi air, kemudian masak sampai wortel matang dan saus mendidih.
  6. Tuangkan tepung kanji yang sudah dilarutkan dengan air untuk mengentalkan saus.
