Resep Cara Membuat Nagasari Lembut Isi Pisang

BERITA RAKYAT -Membuat kue nagasari kadang agak tricky. Salah takaran atau salah penggunaan bahan bisa menyebabkan teksturnya jadi lembek. Tapi resep yang satu ini bisa sangat membantumu mendapatkan nagasari dengan tekstur yang pas serta rasa yang manis sempurna. Yuk, langsung dicoba. Resep Koki Medan

Bahan-Bahan : 

200 gram tepung beras
100 gram tepung tapioka
130 gram gula pasir
800 ml santan
3 lembar daun pandan, disobek lalu ikat simpul
1/4 sdt garam
buah pisang secukupnya sebagai isian
daun pisang secukupnya untuk membungkus

Cara Membuat :

1. Dengan api kecil, masak santan, gula pasir, garam, dan daun pandan sampai mendidih sambil terus diaduk. Matikan api, dinginkan.

2. Masukkan tepung beras dan tepung tapioka ke dalam santan yang sudah dingin. Aduk rata pakai whisker.

3. Masak kembali adonan dengan api kecil sambil terus diaduk sampai mengental seperti adonan bubur sumsum. Agar adonan tidak bergerindil, gunakan whisker dan aduk agak kuat.

4. Siapkan lembaran daun pisang. Ambil adonan secukupnya, letakkan di atas daun pisang, beri sepotong pisang, tutup lagi dengan adonan. Lipat daun pisang seperti amplop.

5. Lakukan sampai adonan habis.

6. Panaskan kukusan. Kukus nagasari sekitar 15 menit sampai matang.
