Sekitar kurang lebih 40 menu yang disajikan, Anda bisa menyantapnya berdua bahkan bersama bersama pasangan. Menurut Corporate Chef The Holy Crab Iwan Sulaiman puluhan menu baru yang disajikan memberikan konsep baru di benak penggemar seafood pada umumnya. Terlebih pengalaman membuka cangkang kepiting menjadi sesuatu yang unik dan memuaskan dalam menikmati seafood.

Secara keseluruhan, menu baru di The Holy Crab disajikan dalam piring panjang yang bisa dinikmati sendiri maupun berdua. Untuk seafood bucketnya sendiri, The Holy Crab memberikan varian seafood yang lebih beragam sehingga pelanggan bisa mencicipi banyak jenis seafood dalam satu tempat.

Chef Iwan sendiri mengambil rasa Louisana sebagai referensi rasa di puluhan menu baru The Holy Crab. Hanya dimodifikasi sedikit sehingga cocok dengan lidah orang Indonesia. Tim Liputan6.com pun berkesempatan untuk mencicipi langsung menu baru di The Holy Crab, Gunawarman, Jakarta Selatan.

Ada tiga menu utama yang disajikan. Yang pertama ada Southern Dirty Rice with Mixed Seafood. Tampilan dari menu ini, seperti nasi goreng dengan taburan kerang, cumi, daging ikan, dan sunny side up di atas. Rasa dari nasi gorengnya sendiri cukup kuat dengan bumbu lada.

Berikutnya ada seafood bucket THC Classic. Berisikan kerang, udang, sosis bratwurst, jagung manis rebus dan kepiting. Semua sajian seafood disajikan dengan bumbu yang unik bernama Butter Cajun, Mama’s Secret Sauce, dan Lemon Pepper.

Seafood yang disajikan tanpa campuran bumbu ini membuktikan bahwa seafood yang digunakan The Holy Crab cukup berkualitas. Rasa daging seafood juga begitu kaya dengan sajian ragam saus. Di mana Butter Cajun memiliki rasa yang pedas dengan campuran biji cabai di dalamnya. Sementara Mama’s Secret Sauce memiliki rasa yang lebih manis dan gurih. Untuk rasa bumbu yang lebih segar, Anda bisa mencicipi Lemon Pepper.

Menu terakhir adalah Louisana Fish Etouffee. Daging ikan dory tanpa duri yang dibakar disajikan dengan nasi dan saus Etouffee. Saus Etouffee sendiri merupakan saus khas Louisana yang memmiliki tekstur cukup kental namun kaya rasa. Teksturnya cukup mirip dengan bubur manado.

Dari semua menu baru yang disajikan oleh The Holy Crab, Chef Iwan merekomendasikan Seafood Trio with Cilantro Butter Rice untuk dimakan berdua. Pasalnya, dalam Seafood Trio ini Anda akan mendapatkan tiga jenis seafood, yakni Calamary, Blacken Dorry, dan Blacken Shrimp. Ketiganya, disajikan di atas nasi yang dimasak dengan mentega dan daun ketumbar atau yang disebut Cilantro.
